Conference Proposal Rhetorical Situation

This assignment was done as the introduction to the main project in ENC6216. 

We were tasked with interpreting the rhetorical situation of a conference proposal we composed in response to a Calls for Papers. The project served an integral role in the course because it is gave me and my peers samples of writing to practice our editorial skills with and provided first-person experience navigating the author-editor relationship. The dual purpose for this assignment helped me develop my rhetorical awareness as an author and editor.
